Terms & Conditions – VIP Cars Group

Welcome to VIP Cars Group. Renting any vehicle from our fleet constitutes your explicit and legally binding agreement to all the terms and conditions stated below. We aim through this document to ensure a luxurious, secure, and seamless driving experience for our clients in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

1. Age and Driving License Requirements
  • Minimum Age: Due to the nature of our luxury vehicles, the minimum age for the primary renter and additional drivers is strictly 25 years.
  • Required Documents: A valid passport (or National ID for Egyptians) is mandatory. Foreign visitors must provide a valid International Driving Permit (IDP) alongside their domestic license, while residents must provide a local license issued at least one full year prior.
2. Insurance and Coverage Policy
  • Comprehensive Insurance: All vehicles are covered by comprehensive insurance, subject to a deductible if the renter is at fault or if it’s a hit-and-run. The deductible is specified in the rental agreement.
  • Exceptions: Insurance is void if the vehicle is driven under the influence, in unauthorized races/safaris, or reckless driving. Damages to tires and undercarriage are not covered unless resulting from a documented collision.
3. Accidents and Traffic Violations Responsibility
  • In Case of Accidents: Moving the vehicle is prohibited. The renter must contact the police (dial 122) for an official report and notify us. Failure to provide a police report renders the renter fully liable for repair costs.
  • Traffic Violations: The renter acknowledges full financial responsibility for all traffic violations and toll fees. The company may deduct these from the deposit or bill the renter.
4. Cancellation, Modification, and Refund Policy
  • Free Cancellation: Bookings can be canceled with a full refund if made at least 48 hours prior to pick-up.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours incur a penalty of one day’s rental fee or 30% of the total value (whichever is greater).
  • No-Show: No refunds for failure to arrive without prior notice.
5. Security Deposit and Jurisdiction
  • Security Deposit: A block is placed on the credit card upon collection and released within 14-21 working days after return to cover delayed violations.
  • Governing Law: Governed by the laws of Egypt. Cairo courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
